Confused
Can someone help me please??? If there is a need for teachers why is it so hard to find one. A friend of mine is trying to become a teacher and everywhere she has called, they have already filled their vacancies. I told her I don't understand it either. Why is this process so hard? This gives me a headache. I don't know and don't understand.

Have you ever tried to go above and beyond to make yourself better and to ultimately be more marketable? I have and what has happened? Absolutely nothing. You can probably tell I am a little angry because I won't know why did I spend all of my time going to school for two degrees, get certified to teache and people who do not even have a degree are living it up. I don't understand it.
Thanks lele for the encouraging words, but I am so upset that I misspelled words on my last blog. Guess you can tell I was angry. I am just tired of not succeeding when have a need to succeed.
